Brophy Athletic Achievements
Historic State Champions
Golf
The golf team captured the AIA Division I State Championship, finishing 12 strokes ahead of Hamilton. The Broncos shot 277 (-11) in the final round, with all four scoring golfers finishing in the top ten. The win marks the program’s 11th state title, tying for the most by an individual school in state history, and the first back-to-back championships since 1993–94. The team was ranked No. 1 nationally by the PGA National High School Golf Association at the end of the fall season.
Swim & Dive
The Swim & Dive team secured its 44th state championship with a state-record 582 points. The win was Brophy’s second consecutive title, further extending its record point total. The team brought home first-place finishes in the 4×100 Individual Medley Relay as well as the 200 Individual Medley. It was also the 13th championship under Coach Pat O’Neill, another milestone as part of a dominant performance that showcased the team’s exceptional depth.
